Dispatch

Orders for Surprise Gift are dispatched within 7–14 days of order confirmation. Dispatch means handover to the courier. Delivery takes additional time.

For a dispatch delay, missing shipment, damaged delivery or other order issue, contact toosid@toosid.com with your order number. This policy does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, including for non-delivery or qualifying late delivery.
